We have a very special prayer request for this month. Here in Bolivia there will be a vote the 25th of January to determine whether there will be a new constitution put forth by the government. In this new constitution, among many things like supporting homosexuality, what concerns us is the laws that will affect the church and could affect us. For example, recently the government has asked for all the information of every church like address and activity, missionary info and how long we have been here. Also, there is the possibility that all churches will have to pay taxes on all money that is received. With close ties to the president and government of Venezuela we are praying that the same thing doesn’t happen here that did there in that they are not allowing missionaries in the country. Through it all, we are confident that the Lord is in control and we are praying that His will be done. Please spend some time this week and especially the 25th in prayer for Bolivia and us.
