I praise the Lord for a special night in our youth group tonight. The teenagers wanted to do something to bring in new teenagers and those who haven’t been coming lately. They decided to have a ping-pong tournament with hamburgers as to eat. We sent out Emails and called many of the teens to invite them. We started a half an hour early at 6:30 but at 8:00 we still hadn’t finished the tournament. We decided to postpone the last part till next Saturday so we could get to the message. I preached on “The great price that was payed” – what are you doing with what belongs to Him. There were 42 young people in total with several visiting for the first time in a long time. Many responded to the message and one girl was dealt with about her salvation. In all it was a great time and the Lord really blessed.
